Local mobile phone numbers must be specified in the local 10 digit form, i.e. "04xx xxx xxx"

International numbers must be specified in the international number format, e.g. "+CC nnn nnn nnnn" where "CC" is the country code obtained from the drop down box, and "nnn nnn nnnn" is the mobile number without the leading "0".
