Net2Mobile provides services to individuals and organisations. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card - we currently accept Amex, VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard. Personal account holders may also pay using a fixed rate 1900 telephone service. Organizations that anticipate a monthly spend in excess of $1000.00 may apply for alternate billing arrangements.
Net2Mobile uses a system of credit points to measure system usage by our subscribers. This allows us to provide you with discounts proportional to the size of the package that you purchase.

Before you can use the service you must pre-purchase a package of SMS credits. After the initial purchase you may allow your account to fall into arrears and we will bill your credit card for the amount due at the end of each calendar month. When billing in arrears, credit points are charged at a rate of 5 cents per credit point.

For accounts held by individuals there are no monthly account service charges; however when billing in arrears, a minimum charge of $5.00 applies.
